Only Minecraft Java Edition commissions will be accepted. I do not offer files in readable formats for Minecraft Bedrock or Minecraft Pocket Edition.

As delivery you will get a zipped save file of the world for the Minecraft Java Edition. I do not build in survival or on private/public servers.

Let me know in advance which Minecraft version (e.g. 1.20.4) I should use. In case of compatibility issues, I cannot give you a refund.

Please provide references in the form of images if you already have something on your mind. These references can vary between previous builds on my social media, other creators builds, real life or even other game images. The references given will help all sides to get a faster commission workflow done and can help for a quicker delivery time.

I will keep you updated on progress throughout the build to get feedback, so you can ask for changes during these stages. If you're happy with the result, I'll send you the world at the end and you'll have one last chance to ask for changes. However, I won't be changing the entire build at this stage, just small details. For bigger changes another additional payment might be required. These changes will be worked on after receiving said payment agreed on in our messages. These additional changes will require extra days depending on the size.

Estimated Delivery Time is 7 days. The possibility of a delay of delivery is reserved and will be communicated to the buyer in case of more needed time or sudden life events. The delay will not result in any price reductions or increases.

I refuse to build things that I am uncomfortable with. I have the right to decline any request or commission that I do not wish to take on.

Included in the price is: Decorating the surroundings with paths, flowers, grass and standard Minecraft trees.

Not included are: Custom mushrooms, trees, farms, ponds and other additional structures, as well as an interior of the building. These can be included after payment of an additional fee as stated on the price list.

I accept payments only through PayPal in Euros and with full payment in advance after we have cleared all details. PayPal takes fees on the payment, you can choose if you want to pay them as well. It’s optional though, I will pay them otherwise.

You may not cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment is received. Before commissioning, it is the buyer's responsibility to assess whether the commissioning cost is financially possible or not.

If you file a chargeback after the start of process or completion of the commission, I will refuse any further orders and widely inform other creators about the potential risks of working with you.

The commissioned builds are only for personal use, not for any commercial use. If you want to use it for commercial use please contact me beforehand.

By agreeing to the commission, you give me permission to post the result on all my social media channels, unless otherwise communicated by you beforehand.

If you post the results on any social media please provide proper credit to me by tagging my Username in the description.

Do you want me to use any resource packs or cit packs for building? If yes, list them.

Describe what you want me to build(theme, shape, colors, house, decoration, ideas, etc.)

Which style/aesthetic do you want the house to be? (cottagecore, urban, fantasy, medieval etc.) You can also write down blocks or block palettes you want me to use!

Please add reference/inspiration pictures if you have any.

I only play and build on the Minecraft Java edition.

Can you build in my survival world?

No, I dont build in survival. I send you the java world file with the house.

Do you do redstone?

No, I wont make redstone mechanisms.
